Building Cardiovascular Access Systems for Underserved Communities

Who We Are?

The Global Access to Cardiovascular Therapeutics and Diagnostics (G-ACT) Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to cardiovascular care in underserved communities around the world. We work with healthcare systems, governments, industry partners, academic institutions, and local communities to identify cardiovascular disease earlier, expand diagnostic capacity, connect patients to specialty care, and generate the evidence needed to improve outcomes at scale.

We began with a simple yet urgent idea: every person, no matter where they live, deserves access to life-saving cardiovascular care.

02

Settling

Through strategic partnerships and evidence-based approaches, we built the groundwork to deliver affordable diagnostics and treatments globally.

03

Today

Now, we're transforming access to cardiovascular health in underserved regions—expanding reach, advancing equity, and saving lives.

Mission

The G-ACT Foundation is committed to transforming cardiovascular health outcomes in underserved regions by expanding access to high-quality diagnostics, therapeutics, and clinical care. Through strategic partnerships, innovation, and evidence-based interventions, we work to dismantle the systemic barriers that prevent equitable heart health; one heartbeat at a time.

Vision

We envision a world where no individual's chance of surviving cardiovascular disease is limited by where they live, who they are, or what they can afford. G-ACT strives to build a global standard in cardiovascular access ensuring that lifesaving care reaches those who need it most.
